Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important health service. Being sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we are providing the following payment options.
Unless patients have made prior payment arrangements with one of our financial institutions, all payments are due at the time of service. We offer the following payment options:
Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
We work with Wells Fargo and Care Credit to provide options of special financing for 12 months with approved credit.
Keep in mind that all payment arrangements must be approved 10 days prior to your procedure date. Please note that certain payment arrangements may not be available for all procedures. Check with our office for additional details.
Our staff will do everything possible to derive benefits from your insurance plan, including submission of pre-treatment estimates and claim submission. However, please remember that this is performed as a courtesy to our patients. For questions directly related to your coverage, we advise that patients contact their insurance company directly or human resource department.
We ask that you give one-week notice to reschedule surgical procedures. Please provide 48 hours for all other appointments. Unfortunately, missed appointments may result in bill cancellation charges.
